What a difference a day makes


I got a decent nights sleep, feel better, and lo and behold ---see how the HR dropped from one day to the next. My goal is to stay at each pace until I can run for 30 minutes with HR under 140. I got close here today.

Avg HR 130
Peak HR 143
Resting HR 48 (I've always had a low HR down in the mid 30's as a teenager) - this down from almost 60 yesterday so something was wrong yesterday. This is why capturing HR data is so interesting. It tells you a lot about your body.
