Missed 3 runs this week due to family obligations, work, and in reality a lack of discipline to get myself out of bed at 5:45AM. Did get a 50 and a 60 minute run in over the weekend. I think I pushed a little too hard, as HR was high at the end and I have a little soreness today.
Still going good on the weight front, averaging 1 lb. loss/week which is my goal. Could have been better, but had a little more than I needed for dinner last night.
This week I plan the following:
M - Strength/Stretch (probably via Wii Fit with son)
T - 30 min
W - 60 min
T - 30 min
F - Rest
S - 30 min + strength
S - 70 min
